How does the program work?

The Hormone Code is a personalised 12 week program, broken into 4 phases to reduce inflammation, reset your metabolism and balance your hormones.  We educate and inspire you to make positive changes with your nutrition, lifestyle and mindset.  

Everything you need to succeed is included, plus personal support and accountability to help you make realistic change to get the best results. 

Created for busy women, the program is broken down into weekly steps so it’s not overwhelming. 

What sort of results will I see?

This is definitely not a diet or a quick fix. We’re creating changes that will reduce inflammation, balance your hormones and reset your metabolism.  By doing this we create a healthy body that naturally becomes a healthier weight!

We measure progress with improvements in your energy, motivation, sleep, moods, digestion, hormonal symptoms, confidence and yes, definitely in your clothes! 

How am I supported through the program?

This is a tailored program with a high level of personalised support.
We do this through online appointments and check ins, weekly catch ups, private messenger and our online community.
You have access to my team and I to have your questions answered daily. 
You are NOT doing this alone! 

How much time do I need to commit?

We are all busy working women, so we have created the program so you can consume and implement small changes at a time.  These small changes, done consistently, add up to pretty big results, without feeling overwhelmed. 

Allow about 30 mins each week for planning, review your weekly focus PLUS time for shopping +  meal prep for the week. This saves  hours of agony when your week gets busy. 

I have a specific health challenge / medication / treatment

We work with you where you’re at.  In our 1:1 calls we review your current health challenges, relevant health history, medications, your goals and what you’d like to get out of the program.

We then create a plan together to ensure you reach your goals in a way that is safe and achievable.

I ensure any aspects of the program, or prescribed supplements, are not contraindicated and adjust accordingly.

Are there special foods we have to eat?

Spoiler alert… there is no magic food or pill that you can take. We are eating real food, ideally the best quality that is available to you.
If that is organic from the farmers market, great! If that is frozen vegetables from the supermarket, also great!

I want you to create a healthy relationship with food. Nothing is “good” or “bad”. It’s just food. We’ll be enjoying food that makes you feel good about yourself. 

I have a family, will I be eating differently to them?

Not on my watch!!
I don’t use meal plans for a few very good reasons. We all have different food preferences, family and cultural considerations, access to foods and lifestyles. AND I want to get you out of that prescriptive diet mentality.

You do need a structure, so I use my Plate Planning System , plus there are plenty of meal ideas and easy,  family friendly recipes to get you started.

I have a holiday / weekend / Christmas / Birthday / Friday coming up, should I wait to start? OR Do I have to give up my social life?

This is called LIFE and life is too short to be wasted on a diet or feeling guilty because you had a good time. Food is integral to our connection  with people getting together with family and friends. 

One meal is not going to “ruin” anything. One holiday is not “bad”. Relax, have fun and enjoy the occasion.
