In this special episode of The Hormone Hub, I want to thank you all for your incredible support and engagement throughout this journey.
Reflecting on the purpose of this podcast, I’ve always aimed to create a supportive space for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
As we all know, life has its seasons. After much thought, I’ve decided to take a step back to recharge, refocus, and realign with my goals. This means The Hormone Hub podcast will be taking a pause.
Rest assured, my commitment to providing support remains as strong as ever. Consultations and programs will continue to be available, and I’ll be sharing updates through our website and social media channels.
I encourage you to stay connected and remember, this is not the end, but a new beginning.
Thank you once again for being a part of The Hormone Hub community.
Your stories, feedback and support have been a constant source of inspiration. I look forward to continuing our journey together in new and meaningful ways.
Until next time
Big love

#122 Farewell, for now…
[00:00:00] Welcome back to episode of the Hormone Hub Podcast, where we talk all things perimenopause, menopause, and have the conversations no one else is having. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this episode.
Hello, my beautiful listeners. Welcome to this very special episode of the Hormone Hub. I’m Kylie Pinwill, your host, and today I’m doing something a little different. After many amazing episodes, over 120 episodes, so many insightful conversations, and countless moments of connection with our amazing guests, it’s time for me to share some news with you.
First and foremost, I want to say a heartfelt thank you. Thank you to each and every one of you who’s tuned in, shared your stories, and supported the Hormone Hub. Your presence, your engagement, your feedback have made this journey truly remarkable. When I first started [00:01:00] this podcast, my goal was to create a space where women could come together to learn, to share, to support one another through, you know, the shit show of perimenopause and menopause.
And over the last couple of years of the podcast and, five years of being online, we’ve shared so many important topics from managing hormonal changes to finding balance in our busy lives. And it truly has been an honour to walk this path with you.
But as we all know, life has its seasons and sometimes we need to take a step back to recharge, refocus, and realign with our goals. So after much thought and consideration, I’ve decided that the Hormone Hub podcast will be taking a pause. Now, this isn’t forever, but you know, a temporary farewell. During this break, I’m going to be dedicating my time and my energy to [00:02:00] enhancing our programs, looking after one on one clients, opening up more consulting and more corporate work.
I want to ensure that I’m providing the best possible support and guidance for each of you, so whether that’s through our one on one consultations, through our signature programs, or other offerings, so I can help you navigate your hormonal journey. So while the podcast might be taking a hiatus, my commitment to you remains as strong as ever.
The Hormone Hub will continue to be a place where you can find resources, connect with like minded women, and receive the support you need. All the consults and programs are still available and I’m here to help you every step of the way. So I encourage you to stay connected through the website. You can search previous episodes.
Everything is on there. We’ve got some amazing blogs. Put in your topic and there’s a good chance there’ll be a [00:03:00] podcast or a blog for you. You’ll find updates, new content, and information on how to book consults and join the programs.
This isn’t the end, it’s simply a new beginning. So once again, thank you for being part of the Hormone Hub community.
Your stories, your strength, your resilience, your humour has been a constant source of inspiration for me. I look forward to continuing our journey together, even if it takes on a new form. Until we meet again, take care, stay empowered, and keep shining your beautiful light.
