Kylie: [00:00:00] Welcome back to episode of the Hormone Hub Podcast, where we talk all things perimenopause, menopause, and have the conversations no one else is having. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this episode.
Hello there fabulous ladies. It’s Kylie Pinwill here, your go to perimenopause, menopause nutritionist, and I am thrilled to have you on another episode of the Hormone Hub podcast. Now today I’m going to dive deep into two incredible programs that have been transforming the lives of high achieving busy women just like you.

We want to, have a look at how are you sleeping. This is a big one for a lot of women going through [00:02:00] perimenopause and menopause is it impacts our sleep.
We’re awake and then we’re tired. We’re exhausted through the day, brain fog. We start to feel overwhelmed, anxious, we’re tired. So we’re going possibly for the wrong things and that’s setting off our blood sugar as well. We, tend to become more susceptible to the impact of stress.
We’re more likely to fly off the handle and go nuts. So it’s looking at, addressing all of these things. Like, how can we have the appropriate nutrition for this stage of life? How do we move our body in a way that. works for us, doing a high intensity bootcamp may not be the best thing for you right now, but we still need to move.
We want to have a look at, how can we bring in self care and self care isn’t selfish. Self care is all about, putting those, pieces in place where you can, feel nurtured, where you can feel revived. So, you can continue. And, we’re natural people pleasers as well.
So I think, when we’re used to [00:03:00] giving out all the time, we need to just take stock and have something that have some tools in our kit that we can fall back on. So we can start to, support ourselves so we can continue to support everyone else as well. And, absolutely. I’ve seen some incredible transformations and, definitely With the appropriate changes, get on top of, those hormonal symptoms, eliminate, hot flushes, night sweats, boost your energy and give you a newfound sense of confidence.
And, these are real women that I work with. So just like you, but they’ve made a choice to sort of take charge of their well being. Now, the second sort of program that we offer is, and this came about purely because, listening to women who are totally frustrated with, the way things were going and, wanted to get the weight off, they were like, don’t care about the hormones, just get the weight off.
